Celest Hansen

Celest Hansen has come to ONE Championship from the unlikeliest of fighting backgrounds. 

The atomweight Muay Thai star grew up in a family of carnival workers, who traveled year-round selling strawberries, ice cream, and chocolates at shows all over Australia. 

With no fixed location, it was difficult for Hansen to pursue her new passion for Muay Thai after discovering the sport at the relatively late age of 21. 

However, she made the courageous decision to leave the family business and move to Thailand to follow her dreams of fighting. Little did she know that the move would turn into a trailblazing fight career. 

Hansen has since gone on to compete in more than 50 professional bouts. 

Now representing the famous Fairtex Training Center in Pattaya, Thailand, the Aussie trains with ONE superstars such as three-sport ONE World Champion Stamp Fairtex and strawweight Muay Thai queen Smilla Sundell on a daily basis. 

Hansen scored her ONE debut after a stunning victory at Road to ONE: Thailand in 2022. She then earned a spot on the ONE roster with a string of all-action performances on the ONE Friday Fights platform in 2023.  

Hansen’s aggressive style guarantees fireworks every time she steps into the Circle, and she will look to show that once again when she makes her first ONE Fight Night appearance on October 6 against Thai phenom “The Queen” Phetjeeja at ONE Fight Night 15: Le vs. Freymanov on Prime Video.
